Got A New Car, Now It's Time To Come Back

Hey everyone! I haven't been around here in a few months as I've been trying to get my finances in order, get ready for graduation in May by finishing up school and everything else. My Saturn really started pissing me off, something was breaking every 2 or so weeks and I had enough.

I had an 09 SES Focus Coupe built for me and received it last month. It's fully loaded (minus ABS), and is a heck of a lot of fun and I got a great price on it.

I'll have it paid off in 2-3 years, but hopefully I can still save up some money between now and then to keep living the Mustang dream. It will be easier when I don't have 17 credits and an internship! Anyway, I'll be poking in as often as I can to get some ideas for my next move with the car now that I have a reliable DD. How is everyone else doing?

Yup, the S/C is still alive and kicking! I haven't updated my sig yet, but I just put on a Mallory ignition, coil, wires, to replace all that stock stuff.

I'm planning on a rebuild with a new top end, and if I'm patient enough I'll make it a stroker rebuild, but I may not if I don't have enough money to get a better block. AFR 185s, Edelbrock Perform RPM II, FTI cam, and some other goodies. Shortly after that a 31 spline rear to complete the driveline, and at the very least some full length sub-frame connectors as far as the suspension goes.

I've been planning out what I have wanted for a motor for several years and I may be able to see it come true this year, but only time will tell with finances.

I forgot how much I missed being on here :nice:
