got a pm from ryan, he's going DONK!(picage)

And when you change your mind and decide to sell it before you put a 5.0 in it you'll be kicking yourself for not keeping it the stock color because your brown engine bay brings the value of your blue car down. Why are you here if all you ever do is get an attitude with people and not listen to the advice given by people who have already been down this road? It would seem that since you already know everything this site would just be a waste of time for you.

pretty much...till then im stuck wasting money on this..... which has more problems the farther on a dig but w/e ill fix it.

i want it to have, its the fun factor of know i have what ive always wanted sitting out there. right now i fell like im driving a rice mobile, V6 should of never been put in a Mustang. along with the 4cyl.

hey watch it man, my next fox project is gonna be a 4cyl turbo

If I wouldn't face child abuse charges, I'd slap the piss outta ya boy. I don't care if you have a mustang with a go kart engine in it. Never consider your Stang a rice car.

I spend everyday driving a 00' Honduh HX 5 speed. You know what I think of everyday, when I'm driving it? I think how much I miss my Stang, how I could be going faster, these windows are weird, ****in ashtray door works, what's wrong with this peice of **** car! (Just to name a few things). I'd love to have a V6 for a daily driver, lower insurance, cheaper gas, just to name a few things. Honestly, reading the things you've said on this thread are complete :bs:

You're in such a damn hurry to jump into a V8, and haven't had the time to enjoy the benifits of the car you currently have. The sooner you realize that, the better.

Why are you soo attached to a car that you complain about every day? Drive it when your old enough, SAVE your money, and then spend it on another car! Especially if your dad wont let you put a 5.0 in this one now, wait a few years, deal with the V6 and buy a car with a 5.0 in it when your old enough.

I like your dads car. I would have chosen different wheels and exhaust, but thats neither here nor there. You will never learn anything about these cars if you dont put forth the effort on your own, you are only 15, you have lots of time to build up money and knowledge to make your car exactly how you want it, you just need to be more patient, your in a big damn hurry, but what you really need to do is enjoy being a kid, Ive been in the real world new for a couple years and it kind of sucks man lol.

ryan turned 15?? since when?? So he can legally drive his car now? With an adult lol.

Imo, consider yourself quite lucky ryan. Not to many of us had a car at 15 or even a father. Atleast I can speak for myself on that fact. Everyone gets to the point we want to leave the nest and that time will come soon enough. We may dog on you for that ugly brown stang and you may annoy the **** out of us. But seriously if you want to go faster in a v six, find a big hill to go down. Its like a mod but not.

That did not end the way I had expected lol, but technichally a v8 would still go faster down that hill

I put a 5.0 in my car when I was 15 and I still have never gotten a ticket, so Im either more responsible than most or Im just good at not getting caught lol.

I would just repaint that 83 the stock color, if he changes the color he'll have to pull the engine and all the crap in the trunk out to paint it or it will end up looking goofy and half assed.

I think its the latter for me!! I have no tickets, I started out driving a 3.8... BUICK, I'd rather have a 3.8 mustang than a hand me down beat up old buick. But I drove the 5.0 on nce days and weekends, maybe your dad will do the same w/ the 86, never know. Now the buick has been gone for some time, driving the 5.0 daily when it is not being gay and I drive really well for my age group, except the odd stoplight run or w/e.

The thing I base my good luck with no ticket on is the color. If I had a red stang or bright blue I'd have had at least 4 ti ckets by now and probably no license. Color makes a difference in traffic alot...

now thats what i call avatar material lol

yeah well tell you the truth right now id rather be out there. living with my dad is a pain in my ass. if it ant one thing its another. we dont get along at all, hell our everyday conversation is Hello...Hey. see you later bud. goodbye. and thats it. and im not even kidding. they only thing we ever do together is work on the cars... in which i hate having his around cause he stands over my shoulder, or going to a car show. that or being at the track, and that only happens 3 or 4 times a year.

my mom says its because were to much alike. :notnice:

quit your bitching, it's not like he beats you or anything.
so what if he is standing over your shoulder, it's not like you are going to learn anything if someone isnt there to help you out. you will appreciate the time he spends with you later. be lucky you even have a father.not all of us are that fortunate.

Dude... you have a dad, and you have a mustang. I had neither at your age.
Kids these days dont know how good they have it, or appreciate what they do have.

If the brown is pissing you off so much, go get some rattle cans of grey or black primer, scuff the car, prime it, and just drive it till you can afford a v-8 swap.

Bitching about it isnt going to make the car fix itself.
