i don't think you can get a 351W based stroker and all the supporting hardware for under 5k. my thinking you'll spend close to 10k if not more. if you really want a new motor, stick with a 302 based stroker and get a long block from CHP for 4-5k and pop that in

i got some ballpark numbers when i was investigating

$2200 393 chp short block
$2500 afr 225 heads and cam/valvetrain
$600 lower intake and carb or
$750 351 intake and injectors

that is about $5500 there ... seems to me $7000 would do it

yes if is more than $5000, but much less than $10000

wat else is there to get for the 393
would that be all that is needed for the motor swap

would it be even cheaper if i stayed with the 351 instead of stroking it out
