Ha Ha
No really It took ME and me alone 2-3 hrs with no help and that was Also cleaning everything as I took things off.
It's Much easier If you take the Brakes off and the brake pads and MARK THEM!
Then hang the brakes up in the wheel well and then Take off the steering rod and just lower the "A" arm down with a Floor jack ,Oh ya also remove the shock from the wheel!
Sorry if it out of order but It's really easy once you do the first one..
Hope I was of some help..
If you need a How to sheet I could do one seeing how it was so easy and so New in my mind..

Ya wear safty glasses and I bought (3) Band Clamps to help compress the spring when it's fully compressed with the Jack!
So here Take the wheel off and then jack the "A" arm up as much as you can then take 3 or 4 of thoses s.s. Band clamps and tie together 3 or 4 rings and then lower the "A" arm then the clamps should hold the spring together and you should be fine!
This all should be done while the front end is up on Jack stands!

I put the pro kit on mine, ride is great. It could be lower, but anything lower than the stock 4x4 is better. I also took out the top isolators all the way around. No major noises or anything. If you want a side picture, let me know

That's it in a nut shell!
Except I wouldn't mess with the Stock c.c. plates Unless you plan on doing an alinement soon!
I didn't do a alinement cus the springs need to settle some and I was told That any more then 2" drop you HAVE to have a alinement done!
Mine drive Perfect and I don't plan on doing any thing to it untill the tires tell me otherwise!

Are there any other little things I need to buy, or any special tools that a normal ol garage won't have? (My dad has practically every tool imaginable)

Do I need a torque wrench for any bolts?
Other special tools or special parts?

Dude, you need an alignment. I only had 1.5" drop and it was WAY off. My car drove straight, but it was still way off. If you don't wanna waste money on tires. You should really get it done.

I think MGSTANG is right, anytime you change any aspect of your suspensions geometry (SP?) you should do an alignment.

A friend of mine dropped his with the Pro-Kit and he said it wasn't that hard. He said one tip I remember though, he stuck a hammer handle up under the LCA and into the spring. So that when he lowered the arm with the shock the hammer helped keep the spring from flying anywhere. I wasn't there so I don't know if this is all true and right. Just thought I'd mention it.
