Got my new hood today

Hey All,

I just got my new hood painted and installed today. Its a Trufiber GT-S3 Ram Air Hood from stage3motorsports.com I absolutely love it and couldnt be happier w/ stage 3. I just have one concern, The louvers on the hood are pretty much wide open to the engine compartment. I can see the engine, so im concerned that water will get in. Is this a reasonable concern? Im guessing water on the engine and electronics cant be too good. Any thoughts? thanks!

It is a car....driven in the rain.....things are sealed under the hood......I would not worry.......many actually wash their engines........

I had a stalker hood from cervinis for 7 years or so on my '01. It's got big ram air style openings that let water come in. No problems. However, thread is worthless without pics!
