Got my plenum and Tb but no instructions!

Pretty straight forward install but you have to remember where all of the vacuum lines and wires go. The speed sensor will be hard to remove because it is lock tited in and it is hard to get a good bite on it with a philipps screwdriver without tearing it up. If you have doubts go get a Haynes manuel from a parts store. It has step by step insructions.

Is adjusting the voltage on the TPS necesary on all TB installtions? How do you "adjust" it once you figure out what the voltage is?
Testing the voltage range on it will tell you if it is good or bad. Not really adjustable. But you do need to make sure the the TB blade is resting on the tabs inside of the TPS. This may require you to insert the blade so that it does engage the tabs and twist it to line up the mounting screws.

You need to adjust the tps vpltage to just under 1 volt, .97-.99 ia good. This gives the best throttle response. Setting the TPS can be a pain. I ended up using my predator to set the TPS because I didn't have a meter I could back probe the TPS with.
