Yeah I have the Ford "C"'s and they didn't lower the car much at all. I had them on for about 6 weeks to let'em settle and it only came down a hair over an inch in the front and about 1/2" in the back. I chopped about 1.5 coils off the front and 2 off the back to bring it down to where I wanted. Best estimate is about 2.5 inches lower in the front and about 1.5 in the back. (back sits a little lower from factory) I NEED CC plates and will be getting some soon. My x-pipe is the only thing that bottoms out occaisonaly but only because it sits 2 inches lower than the factory piping cause of where it crosses over under the body of the trans. Prepare yourself for a very stiff ride if you chop the "c" 's. The motorsport "F" 's are a nice set to look at,they don't lower the car any more but they are only slightly stiffer than stock. You could trim 1/2 a coil front and back and have a nice riding car with about 1.5 inches of drop.
