Well i have a 2004 cobra and got about $400 to spend on it. What would you guys suggest. I was thinking getting some tint and jlt rai. Or buying a bassani x pipe. The only thing i have done right now is a bassani cat back.

I'd start off with a SCT handheld or put the $$$ towards some gears.

Undercarriage lights, seat belt pads w/ flames on it, steering wheel cover w/ flames on it, skull shaped valve stem caps, fuel door dragon decal, jack in the box antenna ball.

Dude, that JLT RAI will give you the biggest bang for your buck! Expect at least a 20RWHP increase from just the CAI.

best bang for the buck performance wise go with jlt cai or rai (20-30 to the wheels) and drivability go with mgw shifter

Well the reason i was leaning towards the x pipe is becasue i know i do not need a tune and it would make the car sound badass. I was thinking about getting the RAI and a SCT tuner at the same time and then take the car to get a tune. Thanks for the suggestions.

A cat-back coupled with a CAI will not require a tune. The stock tune is plenty rich from the factory. Of course adding a custom tune to that combo WILL bring on even more power.
