I took on someone else's project which he pretty much cut up alot of wires. It's a 1989 Mustang hatchback chassis with a crappy 86 302 HO and a 1990 wiring harness. I finially got the car to turn over by key after finding some ignition wires had been cut. Now I chasing no power to the eec, injectors, fuel pump, power mirrors, and headlights. I've got the wiring diagrams but the main one I'm worried about is the black/orange eec power wire is non existent. I'm kinda unfamilar with foxbody wiring and locations. Oh I can't find the connector for the neutral safty switch harness coming from the AOD.

Anyone want to take swing at this?

Sounds like you have your hands full.
It may be less work to just source out all new harness's from junk cars/ebay.
89 and 90 mustangs had some noticeable diferences in wiring.
Most used harness's are fairly inexpensive, so if you shop right, you may not need to spend much.

Alright I'm scrapping the 92 wiring harness, there's just to much that has been cut. I going with a 89 wiring harness.

The next problem is that I can't find the location for the neutral safty switch harness coming from the AOD. It's a 4 pin with the white/pink and red/blue. Is it in the car or in the engine bay? I know where the clutch interrupt switch is and it's got the jumper.

Alright guys I'm stumped, I'm ready to get this beast running! Here's the problem I finally have power to the computer (jumping power), but the issue is that the 91-93 wiring harness has the fuel pump relay and the wiring is totally different then the pinout. I've posted some pictures so maybe that will help. I really don't have the money to buy another harness and I've heard of this working...so what gives and what am I missing here? Obsively I can only run one fuel pump relay. But the 88 is different than the 91-93 that it looks, is that correct?
