:bang: While removing the supercharger accessory drive (Crankshaft Extenision) during the reseal on this 4 cam 4.6l I think it got bent. Or so I assume, because I had one hell of a time getting to come loose. Then agian it may have been bent before I even started. My question is is this a unique instance or should I let all my 4.6l driving freinds and customers know that it is possible that they should be ready to spend "$800.00" when that assembly needs removal. Response will be greatly apprieciated.:bang: :bang:

This belongs in 03/04 cobra tech. The Terminator accessory/supercharger drive system is different than NA 4v or 2v motors (extension on the crank pulley runs the blower and some idlers). Personally, I've never heard of anything like the problem you seem to be having...sounds like you broke a customers car and don't know what to do now LOL

1) Know what you are doing before you try to do it, research as needed.

2) Have the proper tools available.

3) If you do not do 1 and 2 and something goes wrong do not blame the 4.6 engine for your mistakes and failure to prepare properly for the job at hand.
