i have a 93 gt 5 speed and im trying to do the airbag to tilt conversion .. i got an 89 tilt column and a formula grant wheel 771 ... my first question is on the shaft is a coil and when i put the hub that came in the kit it passes the first coil ring but presses up against the second . is this normal ? other question is how tight do i make the retaining bolt .. should i go all the way compressing the 3 electrical prongs with the back of the hub ??? Also how do i remove the plastic cover under the column .. i removed the 3 bolts and it just will not budge .... any other tips or info would be greatly appreciated thanks
