GRILL DELETE QUESTION.

Just priced the Mach Grill Delete and WOW! Anybody have a good substitute? Saw a ridiculous video where the OP filled in the holes with bondo and sprayed Plasti-Dip on it, REALLY! Wondering if the grill being gone will improve air flow enough to make a difference, seems like most air comes in from underneath though. Never cared for the honeycomb but never imagined having to spend that much to replace it.

They are super expensive. On my last new edge i think i got one used from a buddy. Unless you look for a cheapo on ebay you may not find anything any cheaper.
