The only angles of this car that you can take a picture of, without it being a dead giveaway as to which specific car it is, are the three I posted, and even then I wondered how long it would take before someone drew a comparison. No to keeping it on E85, and we already made the switch. Joe didn't have E85 in his area and we were considering shipping options. So, I sent him my car's gas tune, plus a couple modifications, as a base tune. It ran rough on it, but that was sorted within an hour or so. Yes, I already have the spring to bring the boost down to streetable power levels. I'll bring it down to a number that keeps the rears planted in 3rd. However, that'll have to wait until I get a good dyno tuner in the area. I would try dyno tuning a lower-end n/a 302 myself to gain experience. I will not teach myself on this car, though.
As far as other changes go, I have no plans. I'm sure things will come up as time passes, but Joe did such an incredible job with it that I am in no great hurry to make any significant changes.
In the end, I had my best friend who lives not far from him in Pasco, WA, go get it last weekend, which shortened my trip by 5 hours round-trip. Then, I made the ~1,700 mile 33-hour round trip from Monterey to Pasco and back over 3 days, which allowed me to personally see that it was taken care of in my enclosed trailer.
Funny thing is that Joe and I have lived near each other for a long time. In San Diego we lived only 20 minutes apart but never met and didn't know each other. Then I moved out here to Spokane, Wa and he moved to Idaho and now we are about 45 minutes apart and met while buying/selling Mustang parts. I saw the 93' GT in person while at his house, you're a lucky guy to have picked it up. Enjoy!!
