I was browsing through on of my mustang magazines when i cam across an add, New gt-40P heads with high performance valve train.... $689/Pair. Is this a good deal? It says they come complete with a high performance valvetrain? Would i be better off with some edelbrock performers? WQHat do you guys think??

I'd probably get the Eds, but a friend of mine just put some of these heads on his car and it's running pretty damn stout....and they've got the stock valves/rockers from an Explorer on them. That is a pretty decent price though, but i think Thumper's heads might flow a bit more....do a search for Thumper heads and you'll find just about all you need to know.
