GT40 Cobra heads with 1.7 rockers for $400 cheap or not

Is this cheap or not and what you think about gain HP and TQ
And don't forget I'm short with money

well they come stock on cobras. they are better than what is on your car now but of course not as good as aluminums. they are a decent budget head though

I e-mailed the seller, those are GT-40.
And not GT-40p's, from what I've read, it really doesn't make a world of a difference compared to stock E7's.

Do more research, but im pretty sure their not Gt-40p's.
