cant seem to find a thread about gt40 heads. i am on a small budget and need some heads. what is max lift on stock 93 cobra gt40 heads. can get a set of these heads already redone for 300.00 is it worth the change over from 92 stock gt heads?
i am going to disagree with the "not worth it" quote. I feel that they have potential for the dollar. You can get a set for the $300 stated, throw $200 into some bowl work and maybe have the runners done and on a budget, they are a nice head. dont go much over the .500 lift, stay with a B or E cam.
They are on the "underrated" 93 cobra. SVT wouldnt have used the heads if they werent a decent head. on a budget, get them!
