Greetings,

I was thinking about getting a tasteful windsheild banner, something like "Ford motorsports" made up @ the track in script, in my car's color. Any of ya guys-have windshield banners that you can post some pic's of-I'd greatly appreciate iT!

What should the exact size be-Actually????

i have one that says "Denso Iridium Ford Drag Racing" for the NMRA 2004 season. i had the "NMRA Ford Drag Racing" banner for the 2003 season on my car but i screwed the installation up. it started to rain bad when i was putting it on and it fell off

I think the only banners that belong on cars ar the ones that sponsor the shop that built thier engine, or the shops race car. On most cars it just sticks out too much. I had one on my car but took it off becuase it didn't flow with the car, I like the clean look.

BTW their are companies that have many mustang related windshield stickers premade, all you have to do is put it on....

I think it looks tacky. Why ruin the clean look of a car.

Only banner i like is the SALEEN banner....but that's just cuz it's part of the Saleen look

Depends on the car and decal. Some look good while most look like crap.

i like them. just as long as there not like a gay checkered flag or somethin like that. or those stupid aint skeert crap. thats how the fox gets a hillbilly rep.

yeah, IMO windhsield banners are GAY! why put a ford motorsports banner on.... every azzhole that sees your car knows its a ford/mustang.... kinda like the prikks that wear T-shirts that say things like.... "I'd Rather be riding my Harley" or "I'd rather be driving my corvette" might as well wear a shirt that says I have a small dick! thats a little different than a windshield banner but fits in the same catagory, around my hood the little tykes like to put the banners in their windshield that advertises the most expensive stereo shop around, yet they still have a stock head unit. Oh yeah... and your also giving the company free advertisement! its great that people are proud of their car but there is really no need to put a gigantic chevy symbol or ford logo or pony in your back window, can you say HOMO? you know those "piss on" stickers... the little boy pissing on the ford logo or the chevy symbol, the only cool guy that had one of those was the first guy that had it. the only sticker that i would put in my window is the one that says "eats imports, s.h.i.t.s rice" and thats because not many people have it and i got a chuckle when my buddy put it on his POS dodge dakota R/T, but then again that would make me a jag off since i have a yamaha sport bike which is faster than my mustang will ever go.....and so far has proven to be the cheapest form of speed. well theirs my 2 cents! U KNOW IM RIGHT!!!!!!!!!

No offense but it looks tacky to put some huge letters all over your windshield, and I would also think it would annoying to look through. Also, why advertise someone else's crap. Are you getting paid to put that on your car? Lastly, any kind of sponsor stickering marks your car for stealing. Go ahead and list everything you have on your car, its a good way for me to tell who's car is the best to steal.

They had a guy around here that had M O V E in a windsheild banner. The letters were backwards (to be read in a rear view mirror. I thought that was pretty funny. He had a boomarango (durango - they come right back to the shop).

I added my racing logo to the back of my truck and I really like it. Only problem is that I know it ID's me. People will know that it was me that just cut them off. THe local police know it too, after yesterday.

I like the way this guy thinks. Here's mine: It represents the tech who'se helped me on every step of this project. He thought it up, basically a figure8 racetrack theme. E.P.I.C. is Ed Page Internal Combustion, and Proformance is performance done by a pro- because, well, he is. I drew up his idea and had my boss's father n'law (who owns a signshop) make it up. It's tuff to see, but it's actually two colors- there's black in the swoop that kinda carries the pavement theme.

Me and my friend, put a banner on his busted up GEO PRIZM, that said "SOUR TACO"
it was hilarious.

is that your stang in ur avatar? if so and u have a 5% tint, id really like to see some pictures of that, cuz i was thinking of removing the white banner i have, and replacing it with a 5% tint strip, but im not sure how it would look compared to the white one i have
