I torqued my top bolts to 80, bottom to 75 with thread sealer on the bottom bolts only. Other than the basic tools and a torque wrench, you have just about everything you need (tool wise) to complete the head swap. Since its your first time you'll be there for the better part of the weekend, and if you have A/C on your car still that'll make it even worse when installing the cam since the A/C condensor will be in the way.

You'll also need a PS pulley puller and installer if you dont allready have one of thoes because there is a bolt behind the pulley to get that bracket off

that is exactly what i torqued mine to as well. the condenser was not an issue at all though. once the bolts are removed, it can be twisted right up and out of the way. also, with a thin enough open end wrench, the drivers side accessory bracket can be removed without the power steering pump pulley coming off. the part of the whole h/c/i install that gave me the biggest problem was getting the timing cover seated back down on the oil pan gasket properly. if my memory serves me correctly it took me 3 tries to get it right without any leaks.

talk about bringing it back from the dead. lol

*hunted* its a long story but i'll try and make it short. i bought my set of AFR's 165 from those cum bags. i was promised i'll have my heads by a certian date. i asked that virgin polesmoker a dozen times if he was positive i would have the heads on that dated. cause i was going to have the shop tear the top half of the motor off the day before. that way the nextday they can put the new chian, cam and get it all ready for the heads. well the heads showed up almost three weeks later. by that time i had them put all the stock **** back and had to pay for the labor. cause at that time my cars was a dialy driver an needed it to go to work.
but not only was i lied to but i caught that little dick choking ***got red handed. after i got the stuff i called ups and found out when it what shipped. it was shipped 2 weeks after he told me it was on its way. i gotall the bullshyt excue from it was put on ground and not air.then it was put on the wrong truck and they were tracking it. all bull shyt
gave me the run around for almost three weeks, didn't return my phone calls. and then tried to pass the blame off to someone i the shipping department.
had the balls to say well with your next order i'll give you a discount.
i told yeah sure that front end package that you have. k-member arms, etc.... well you can forget that i'll get it from a dozen othe place. i could care less if i pay moe for it, as long as my money doesn't go to lying scums bags.
then i got i'll send out some free t-shirts for you and your friends.
and you think i'm going to advertise your bull shyt company your ***ing crazy. i have a better idea. you and choke on those free t-shirts you dick chaser.
then i hung up.

yeah i could list all th stuf i have on the car. but i rather use the space to **** them over. i hope not only that they go under, but they end up in jail washing otherpeope draws and socks all dy. then at night bit pillows while their boyfriends dig in their ass.

thanks for bringing it up, now i'm pissed off. i hate those ****ers with a passion. ahhhhhhhhhhhhh
