So I have a stock 63,000 mile motor...

I want to buy direct bolt on heads. What all do I need? I've got this so far:

Aluminum Heads
1.7 Rockers (Pedistal or other type?)
B cam
Lifters
Intake

Do I need anything else like a Fuel pump or larger injectors or anythiing

No, you can definately get away with your stock MAF and injectors for now but I would definately want a large pump in the tank. You're on the right track...except I might jump to a TFS-1 cam over that b cam, but it's all personal preference. You're going to LOVE it buddy...

the B cam pulls hard after 4500 rpm, also dont forget all the gaskets
to what 5500...that doesn't sound like much fun...brief might be a better word. The cam/heads/intake all need to make power in the same region of the RPM band to make a car FUN...I would suggest you pick you heads first..then the intake to match it best, lastly the cam. Remember this is a street car, 4500rpm is definately not where your going to want to enjoy the car on a regular basis, more like 2500. You want to able to enjoy decent mid and low end on the street...that's the fun.

No, your right it does pull hard after 4500 with a BLOWER. Put in a nice comp xe274hr or find on old wolverine 1087. Both are a much better choice than the b cam.
ofcourse there is much better, I just commented on what he was using. I took the B303 deep into the 10's on a 306 all motor 15 years ago, it works when you know what your doing.

the stock maf and tb are restrictive to the stock heads, so they will be killer to power on a h/c/i car, twisted wedge will tell you that 24 pound injectors are a must, also a 190lph fuel pump is a minumum and a good intake is also key, no such thing as a bolt in anything once you get past underdrive pullies and cai, i have not heard much good about the b cam, i like my e just fine, and if you are afraid to spin you stang to 4500 you should by a yugo, also 700 seems like a good deal to do the install

I have the TFS Track Heat kit and I love it best kit you can really buy comes with gaskets and most of everything else you need to do the top end correctly. I say a TFS Street or Heat Kit :nice:

Do I need lifters? Headers? 24lb Injectors? Fuel Pump? with that set up

If so this is getting too expensive :notnice:
