h or x pipe

im going monday to purchase one. im letting u guys deside. louder the better.

i just cut off my prochamber and welded in straight pipe so now its true duals. i love how loud it is but it doesnt sound like 5.0.
i have bbk equal length shorties and dynomax race bullets w/ dumps. i will have 3" tails soon here when my cobra rear is hear.

ive been thinking of going with an H myself but was unsure of the sound diff. between the H and X

H= deeper sound
X= louder more raspy

am i right or wrong? and does the mac prochamber sound like an H?

ive got a 3" X on my car, car has a real deep raspy tone to it in low end and really screams at high RPMS. Its got bbk 1 3/4 long tubes, 3" X pipe and 3" flows nothing after the mufflers. I like the sound of the X, every fox i see around has a H and sounds the same, i like the differnt sound of mine.

i had a prochamber on mine and its not loud enouggh for me thats why i cut it off. i had a h pipe on my car before with drone masters and was louder.
but i got race bullets now.
i can get an h pipe for $110 brand new
a x pipe is $174 brand new

either way i look at it either pipe is going to sound better than the prochamber and better than true duals. i took a chance and spent $200 on a prochamber and didnt like it, it didnt last a 1.5 yrs.

does anyone have a sound clip of an x with race bullets?

h pipe is soooooooooooo old schooooool, x is just the way to go, some of the older guys like the h pipes, but seriously, you cant beat an x. Unfortunately I have an H.
