OMG...:rlaugh:

Driving home. Get pulled over. Here is the list.

1. Speeding, 47MPH in a 35MPH zone.
2. No proof of insurance.
3. No registration.
4. On a Dealer Plate.:nonono:
5. Loud exhaust.
6. No rear view mirror.

He said that " I was behind you for a little bit, and I heard you hit the gas twice, this is a very flashy car, it's extremely loud and it's gonna attract a lot of attention from police." I also was wearing my Mustang T-shirt that has a rear view mirror with a police car in it. He also, goes, "look at your shirt bro, come on!!" He then proceeded to ask me a pile of questions and LET ME GO WITH A WARNING!!!!!!!!!! :D :D Probably because I live 1 mile from where I got pulled over. He also noticed I had 2 speedings in 2005, 1 in 2006, and none in 2007. He said, I'll see if you can go two years without a ticket.....wow

Man, I got lucky. I should have been like "Flashy? I don't even have my chrome wheels on it yet, and it's not waxed!!!" Yeah...right...

Yeah, I have headlights in it, bumper etc... but those and all 4 markers don't work, because I have to put the Fox sockets on them tomorrow at work. I got lucky.

Well, the cop does kinda have a point. If you're going to drive a car that deliberately attracts attention to itself (a loud yellow sports car is about as "look at me" as you can get), you'd better have all your ducks in a row 100% of the time because cops will just be itching to nail your nuts to the wall for every little thing they can.

You were EXTREMELY lucky to be pulled over by a cool cop, so don't push your luck. Get your car 100% before you go taking it out for a spin AT ALL, or next time you won't be so lucky. Otherwise, next thing you know, we'll be seeing a post from you complaining about having spent the night in jail and/or having received a huge pile of violations and fines... :nono:

:stupid:

I got pulled over in October. The cop was more nervous than I was. I handed him 3 forms of id including my military id, and weapons permit. He even pulled me over for a bs reason, I actually corrected him on the law, by the time I saw him in court, he asked the judge to drop all charges. Complete waste of time.

It's funny, you get nabbed for that yet the other day I follow a car with a 16-18 y/o girl driving two sideways hat wering guys around, NO plate, brake light out and the distinct smell of pot being smoked from it... For sure they will never get in trouble.

Also no ticket in 2 years? I have no tickets in 6 years :D.

I'm waiting for a hot lady cop that will exchange sexual favors for a ticket.

That only works if you're a chick. Don't you watch teh pr0nz? Hot cop chicks only have secks with hot chicks that they pull over, or those that they have already locked up in jail... Otherwise, the rest of the time it's some fake-boobied, overly-tanned, platinum-blonde bimbo taking the officer's "alternative Breathalizer test" to get out of a speeding ticket... :D

Aren't we all?!

But SVT, at least you didn't get any tickets. The guy here would have taken you to jail or shot you. Seriously, he pulled me over in my 87 coupe one time because he said I didn't have any taglights. After he let me go I went around the corner and walked behind my car and there wasn't a damn thing wrong with my tag lights. A month later he pulled me over again for the same reason and I called him out on it (I'm usually very polite with police and never argue).

Then a few months ago he pulled me over because he said he didn't see me with a seatbelt on. I've had the seatbelt on from 15 miles down the road, and my window was down and he still couldn't see my BLACK seatbelt over my LIGHT GRAY shirt? wtf?
