Anybody have ab assembly diagram of the hardtop of a 1995 cobra?
Mine has one of the latches that don’t lock and I was wondering how to remove it so I could try fixing it since part is discontinued.
Since only about 499 were made, it’s been hard to find much information about it.
Any useful information is welcome.

I don't know if this will help but it shows all the discontinued part numbers.

Thank you for your the link, but these are for the soft top.
The convertible hardtop only came with some of the 95 cobras.
I got at a ford dealer the part number, but they are all discontinued.
I was wondering if I could get any information on how to take the latch off the top so I can try fixing it.

Maybe you can run the guy down that did this video and he can get you in touch with the guy that owns the two cars?

Essn95's build thread:

Progress Thread - 95 2-Top Cobra Build Thread- Never ending

Here it is, I decided to start one official thread to keep everything together on my build. So to begin as of today I am a 15 year old attending high school and I was graciously gifted my 1995 Hardtop Convertible Cobra as my first car. My inspiration for this was my fathers 94 Cobra as I fell in...

There aren't many images but I think this detail might be the one you're looking for?

Do you have a clearer picture of the latch? Maybe a little further back and a few of them?

I only ask because the latch looks very similar to the regular convertible latch. I realize it's not the same part but if it's similar it likely operates the same way. I've taken mine apart a few times

This is how the side that works looks like.
On the other side the pin doesn’t go out of the top.
I tried to attach a video, but its too large.
I guess you can have an idea with that.

Not sure if picture was attached before.
I’m out of town and don’t have more pictures with the cover off so we can see how is bolted in.
The problem is that I could t figure out how to get the latch off the roof.
I guess I will have to take some time on it to figure out.
Thank you all for the information provided.
If anybody has any idea, please let me know.

Now that I see it better, it’s clearly different. The J-hook assembly looks similar but nothing else is.

@Essn95 has one of these. Any idea?
