i just got new front pads, cut my front rotors, and bled my front brakes, now when i bled them i only did a quick bleed an the fluid came out strong so i dont think its air in the lines. my back brakes are fine, pads rotors an such. before i did the work on my front brakes they felt pretty good except i had worn out pads. my brake pedal also feels a little funny now, i press my brakes an my car stops but my pedal goes a little further and when its going further nothing happens. like the brakes engage but the pedal foes further then it needs to. and my brakes dont work as well. could i need a new master cylinder? or is there a break-in period for new pads and cut rotors because my brakes dont work as well as they used with worn out pads an scored rotors. anyone know what could be the problem? thanks

You may have answered your own question...You said

.

Just by physics, if you bled them "fast", SOMETHING had to replace that volume. Could be some air. Usually, You bleed them, tighten the valve, press down inside, bleed them again, etc. When We did mine, it took about 3x to be sure there was no more air in the line.

REMEMBER...Air will compress...Fluid will NOT!
