having tire clearance problems in fronts...

When I turn wheels my right tire is scraping fender. Is it possible that over the years suspension has dropped a lot ? Do I need new struts maybe or somebody maybe was stupid and cut the damn springs. I have stock 225-60-16 in front. How many fingers should be between tire and fender on stock springs ?

Also, I wanna replace 225's in fronts with low profile ? Can I put 235-55-16's in fronts without having problms with tires scraping the under carriage?
I know stock pattern is 4 x 108 , but what other years of Mustang or Cobra wheels I can fit on my TC ?

you are running a tire taller than stock. that is the real problem. I am running 245-50-16's, and they clear (just barley). if you were to drop down the to the stock height, you would have no problems at all.
you should be able to fit any fox 4 lug wheel on your turbo coupe. You should ask the others who own a TC, but I am pretty sure it isn't a problem. I have seen ponys and cobra's on TC's anyway.

hmmm... maybe it is for the TC, and I am thinking about the mustang. I must be wrong.
