Head Help Trickflow 190cc

I have a 95gt 5.0 stock bottom with BBK short tuned headers, Trickflow track heat intake and complete Magna Flow exhaust (no cats) with 4.11 gears ready to install so far. I now want to start my engine build and need help on deciding the correct heads I should use. Looking at the Trickflow 11r 190cc with either the 56cc or 66cc combustion chamber heads but not sure how to choose. Also are the 190's to big for now, I may be adding a super charger later down the road and do not want to grow out of a smaller 170cc head.

Thanks, the 190's were my first choice too. Better to go big and build into it when possible. With the larger combustion chamber and lower compression 66cc heads will I notice a low end lag on the build without the super charger.
