Header Info Please!!!

I have an 04 GT will be putting headers on soon. Would like to know if anybody has the new BBK tuned runner shorties on their car and how do you like them?? I have read some previews on them and they sound promising. Also what about long tubes?? I have heard several people say you have to remove engine to install them is this true? Thanks in advance for the info!

you can lift the motor up a little to get them in or you can drop the k member. The biggest problem I know of with most long tubes is that you have to remove one (i think the drivers side) to do any clutch work. Hooker makes a slip fit flange that connects the headers to the midpipe so you don't have to remove them when doing clutch work.

Thanks millatime, I really didnt think you would have to remove the engine but i figured i would ask. Do you run the long tubes if so how do they perform?
