so my car goes in for the cage in two weeks and im gutting the interior this weekend i was just wandering whether i should put int the new headliner now or after and was also toying with the idea of just rhinolining the cage/dash and bare metals and possibly running no headliner

any ideas would be MUCH appreciated

any good cage builder will tell you to rip out the headliner if you have one in. a truly gutted car will give you the best final results when it comes to custom cage work. we dont even accept cars that aren't gutted anymore. a nicely painted roof after the cage work looks pretty decent. getting a headliner in after the bars are placed can be a bear if you are not an experienced interior guy.
