Nothing I see on Boyd's or Foose's site resemble those, possibly an older OOP Boyd's design. or maybe custom. I like the way they did the center to get 4 lugs on a five spoke wheel, most of the time it just looks weird.

They are an older smoothie 2 as a bunch of us has mentioned . Type them in google and they come up . They do look weird honestly especially with the 4 lug . Much nicer wheels out there

Looks a bit like a Smoothie III....but yeah four lug. Not seeing anything comparable with 4 lugs via some quick searches though.
