Help identifying wheels

I have a pair of what looks to be Cobra styles wheels. My dad got these and we never had any use for them so I'm about to sell them. I don't really know much about them other than what is inscribed on the inside of the wheels but its mostly just numbers. I need help figuring out some info about them so I can make a proper ad to sell them and find out how much to ask for. Any help would be appreciated!

Those are 99 Cobra rims.

Actually they are 2001 Cobra wheels. 1999's were painted silver. They are both the same style and size though.
