Help please, Lowering a 97 GT Vert.

Hey everyone. My names Eric, this is my first post here. Im a regular over on Fbody.com.
My buddy has a 1997 Mustang GT Convertable. He just bought Steeda Competition Springs. We have never done springs before and are kind of curious on how to start.
Can anyone give me a step-by-step how to? or direct me to one. I ran a search and couldnt seem to come up with anythjing concise.
Any information would be appreciated. We are getting ancy as I just finished headers on my Z.

I changed out my springs in my car about a year ago. Not to hard some beer a haynes manual, spring compressors (learn from my mistake and get a good coil spring compressor with one set of arms and a plate for the bottom if not have fun trying to get both sets of arms inside the springs) I did it in about 6 hours and I had no clue what was going on, hardest part is the front with the tie rods and steering gear. good luck
