Help Power Window Broken

Hi I am have some trouble with my power windw. The glass broke out of the retainer that hold it on to the track. The glass didn't brerak but the metal piece is what broke. From what I can tell the window is just silicone on to the metal channel. One of the ears on the channel is what broke. I can't tell if the channel slide on the the other metal braket that hinges or if it is one piece. Any help would be great?
