Help with FOX TB setup...

Hey guys, this is my first post on this forum. I have been an avid member of AllFordMustangs.com for almost 2 years now and am just trying to diversify a little.

Here is my problem:
I am trying to convert to the FOX TB setup. I have already read the sticky for doing the swap but I just have a couple of individual questions...

First:
I have a guy that can sell me the cruise control assembly. But my question is, do I need the whole assembly or JUST the cable??

Just the cable:

My '94 GT is down right now due to a stupid mistake and need to get it back on the road ASAP.

I've never done this myself, but there are several right ups on this website. If you do a search you will find everything you need to know.

Thats not a picture of the cable LOL. But im almost positive you just use the cable (the real cable not the wiring harness). You unbolt it and have to transfer it. I got one...just never switched it over.

You're converting TO a FOX TB assembly? Correct me if I'm wrong but that picture is of a 1994 1995 Cruise cable and assembly.

That need to be redone b/c they are so old the pictures are no longer there. I was just looking it up on here the other day. Rio5.0 had a alot of pics that he donated to the Fox TB swap How to link but the pics are all gone. It either needs to be redone or taken off b/c as the write up is now it sucks w/ no pictures.

all you need is the cable from a fox car and swap it over. I did the fox TB swap a long time ago but never did the cruise cable. I will eventually do it but i never even used the cruise before the swap anyways so no biggie.

Ok, well as for now, I just had a buddy from AllFordMustangs ship me his stock SN95 TB. Since the FOX TB swap was going to cost more than $100, I will just wait for my income taxes. When income taxes get here, I'm going a complete engine rebuild and adding a couple of goodies to the mix. One of those "goodies" is new valve covers, and I'll need the FOX TB setup in order to use the new valve covers.

I appreciate the help guys, and I'll probably need some help on doing the swap when the time comes.
