help with spring install!!

i just got the FRPP C-springs in the mail a few days ago, and im planning on installing them myself. anyone know of any good online writeups for this install? also, what are isolators, and the pros/cons of keeping or loosing them...?

any tips for the installation...??

I read through all three when I did mine. I reused the isolators and since there was a wear pattern in them from the old springs, I taped them up good to the C-springs I put in. It took me a few hours to do by myself and I love the drop it gave. Didn't need C&C plates as the alignment was almost perfect.
