Help with Steeda Ultra-Lite II's.....

I have a 99 Mustang GT all stock. The first thing I want to do is change the wheels out with the Chrome 18x9.5 Ultra-Lite II's by Steeda..... http://steeda.com/store/-catalog/UltraLite2.htm I was just curious as to what you guys think I should use for tire sizes. Steeda recommends 285/35/18 for the front and 295/35/18 for the rear. Will this fit for me being all stock?? And if it will what will i notice about a larger tire than a smaller tire. I currently have 245/45/17 on there now. I'm just starting out so I'm learning as I go. Any input would greatly be appreciated.....

285 would be too wide on the front for me. i base this on my having 275's on the front, & they are too wide. ie tracking problems.

I say go with what they say. Heck its their wheels, and they sell those parts everyday

with a proper caster camber plate, you will not have tracking problems regardless of rim and tire size

Personally, i'd do 275/35 for the front (same diamter as 245/45/17) and 285/35/18 in back for that rim size... 285 is too wide for the front
