Well the temp hit -6 last night, and this morning the stang wounldn't start. it would crank over and sometimes catch (badly) then die. The battery has a full charge even on the gauge. but what really bothered me was when i was checking under the hood at connections. I found that the starter selinoid had started to melt around the right bolt (used another car to get to work) does anyone have an idea what would cause that? I'll replace it tomorrow, when it's supposed to warm up into the upper 20's. And is there any why of imporving cold weather starting? this has been a problem for the past week, but the first time it just wouldn't start.
thanks
