Can any one tell me what ti would cost to put a cam in my car? I have a 97 GT with Svo heads and need some more power. Also can i keep my stock spring if I get a mild cam or get a PI cam?? And the last think is can some one tell me how much power will I gain if I do it. I would like to do one more big mod before I get my Pro- Charger. This friday I'am geting a C&L pluem box I think that will be a good mod.

Cams run anywhere from 480-600 for new cams. Install is probably around that much to. I would get new springs, that is a precaution. You probably would gain power from the 500 lift cams than from the PI cams but the cam experts can tell you other wise.
