Here is a pic of my car

Now to my question I hate how the rear tires are not flush with my car. I am buying new wheels and I know I want chrome cobra r's. My question is should I go with the 17x9 all the way around and be able to rotate my tires. (which then I need to run wheel spacers to make it flush). Or should I go with the 10.5" in the rear. Also I hear with the 10.5 in the rear I have to flip a quad shock or something to keep it from rubbing? I dont really want to roll my fender lip (dont want to risk cracking the paint). My car is lowered alot to. Do you think this 10.5/315 will fit? I would like to see some pictures. Thanks

I'd say wheel spacers, i love rotating my tires. But you should be fine w/ 10.5's since 17x315 isnt near as bad as 18x315 and they will fit. IF they rub the quad shock, then simply rotating it will work and isnt hard.

BTW, love the car man

Negative on rotating the quad shock it won't even clear that way. I have 315/10.5 combo on the back of my car and had to eliminate the quad's and install upper and lower control arms to stop the wheel hop. You won't need to roll the lip either mine is lowered also and I have never had it rub and I drag race quit frequently with it.

I had no issues with running 315's on the back... I didn't even have to reverse the quad shocks. I'm about 1" lower as well. You will not have to roll the lip either, there is enough room for them outwards, just the inside is a little tight.

I don't know what kind of pictures you want but I got a few different ones... I tried to get a few different angled shots, but I didn't get the best pictures...

I don't see any quad shocks in those pics. Never mind i see it.

if you look in the first pic you can see the quad shock still intact. I'm really not sure how to get a decent pic with the quad shock attached, I'll give it a shot, but I'm at home now... I also didn't know that I was posting pics to prove that quadshocks fit with 315's....
