I’m going to be installing some high flow cats on my 05 v6 mustang with a true dual exhaust. The cats I’m about to but have holes for the bottom two O2 sensors but not the top two. What should I do about the top ones, can I just attach a MIL eliminator to both of them and tie them away or do they need to be reading the exhaust? If i need to drill some holes and weld some stuff I can do that but I want to know what the best way to go is.

I may be wrong but one 02 sensor is after the catt and the other 02 sensor is before the catt on the header. At least that's the way it's on my 2011 v6.

Yah, your right. I went and looked at it after I posted it and realized the upstream sensors weren’t even attached to the cat which is good for me. Thanks for helping.

Yup. I have this exact setup on my car. You might need extensions for the lowers, but I believe they come with the X-pipe if I remember correctly.
