+1 on the dumped bullets, 2 1/2 inch o/r H pipe and Bullets sound great ( I think the X cam helps a bit too )

spintech prostreets with a DR GAS X PIPE ftw. if you go with an x pipe get the dr gas x pipe. you will be very happy you did. your car will sound like no other if you do.

Go with the dynomax race bullets they are loud and put 3 inch tails on it. My buddy has the bullets and an x pipe and the car sounds mean and they are only like 40 bucks. I am going to put them on my car soon. GO WITH BULLETS!!!!!!

man i say go with the mac flowpaths. no drone like the flowmasters and they are cheap. fairly quiet while cruising and loud as hell when you get into it!! i bought 2 for right at $120. i have mac 1/58 headers, mac o/r h, into the flowpaths and dumped right before the axle. sounds pretty sick to me

Bullets sounds stupid with a stock or mostly stock car. Yeah they may be loud but thats not everything!

stock cat back and price...my three to recommend are the
MAC dump system for 199.99(i dont know about their full cat back)
SLP cat back 500.00
Pypes cat back 250.00
i want the slp cause its the loudest.but too expensive
the pypes cause its legal and fair in price
and the mac dump cause its the cheapest, but not legal(too pass a visual)
which is why i will probably buy the pypes.....but the slp might be my splurge.. i just want to hear it in person...

Hmmm...lol you guys confuse the ***** out of me, but I do appreciate the feedback...It truly is opinion and preference for exhaust combos, but idk...My original plan was to get Spintech Pro Streets and run tail pipes with them and the offroad X-Pipe, but I know I'd be getting pulled over 24/7 And if I do Flow Super 40's, it's a guarenteed good sound, but not extremely loud at the same time, just good enough...I have no clue, I gotta think about it more haha

Also if anyone has videos/sound clips of YOUR car please post them up, that would be awesome...Chances are if it's on youtube or streetfire I've already seen it though.

its not an exhaust clip, but you can still hear how it sounds i guess (i'm shamed!!!! ). i tried to do a burnout but the wheel hop was getting ridiculous, so i had to shut it down. bbk 1 5/8 long tubes, o/r x pipe, 2 1/2" dynomax super turbo catback with most of the other mods in my sig. the setup is very quiet at low rpms, but wakes up in the top end... i'm not sure whether i like it or not, even though i've had it for a while. i'd like to try some flow 40's or spintechs i think. its too quiet for me.....

what to do?? what to do....im with yah.....
im dont know what a catback with stock h-pipe is gonna do...
people say just get the off road h-pipe. but why??? will their be a difference in decimals...
like would a off road with cat back be a lot louder than stock h with catback....
thats why i want the slp, with a stock h-pipe itss still gonna be loud....but maybe too loud.. i dont want to be pulling too many heads, cause i know im gonna be doing some :not so legal things:
i just love the sound of 99-04 GT, they sound like boats at idle and roar at WOT...i like the boggy sound...
but then again i think im getting my sounds confused....
people use drone,rasp,growl too lightly...
i want the deepest least tinnyiest legalally loudest system possible for the 5.0.......
in my opinion my father 69 302 with who klnows what cam running hooker headers and obviously straight pipe into some flow 40's is the most annoying sound ever. maybe because it wakes me up every mourning but, i think it sounds like a monkey and a gorilla making love on tin cans.far too much rasp...so flowmaster is out for me....

do it

macdaddymac, yes there will be a difference in decibals going from a stock, catted, 2.25" H pipe to a NON-catted 2.5" h pipe. it'll be deeper and louder.

btw, did the vid i posted in my first post work?

ps. to the above
im guessing with a stock h-pipe the slp loudmouths would be perfect.... since i dont think they make a magnapack for foxes???the slps are similar and loud but with a stock catted pipe to quite them it would be what i want...opinions needed!!

if you want the sound of a 4.6 then you need to get one. the 5.0 and 4.6 are two totally different ball fields. you are not gonna get that sound with a 5.0

you could always drop a mod motor into your fox. i think that'd make it sound sorta similar...
