Home made powerpipe?

Im in the process of making my own powerpipe for my stang. I have all the elbows/connectors I need to get it in the fender, I just need to have a pipe made with 2 to 2.5 inch rise in it to go under my discharge tube and line up with the hole in the fender.

Anybody know a shop in the Chicago area that could fabricate on for me?

Im making it out of 3.5inch tubing. Im using a 90 degree elbow of the supercharger, then the rise piece to the fender hole, then another 90 degree at the fender hole, then a little straight piece to a 3.5 to 3.0 reducer to my MAF and filter.

Heres what Im planning on doing, I made it in paint because I dont have my car, its back in Iowa while Im going to school in Chicago.

Would there really be a difference between #1 or #2 rise pipe pieces?

I've seen cruder renditions done...

Aside from the elbow area within the fenderwell being a rubber piece instead of metal it looks the same as a 'real' one to me.
