Hood bug shield

Anyone using a hood bug shield? I thought of buying the Ford bug shield, part# 5r3z-16C900, but don't really know they install. I'm not interested in any drilling and I'm skeptical of a double-sided tape application. Any insight would be great. I looked at using a full front bra, but I've heard of "issues" such as moisture/mold, paint rubbing, etc. I want to protect the front end from the highway driving I'll have to do and the never ending construction around here.

best bet is the 3M invisible bra. its similar to vinyl stripes, but clear and more durable.

Bigcat, I'll have to look into that as it seems to offer the most benefit. I like the idea of it being clear.

I have all vunerable areas done in the 3M paint protection. The only thing I would do different is to have 3/4ths of the hood done, if not the whole thing, as I got a chip just outside of the tape this last year. Worth the money too.
