I've got a 2000 V6 and already put a K&N FIPK kit on it and am going to put a true dual exhaust w/ Flowmaster 40's on it and i'm wondering about how much HP this will give me. I'm shootin for like 220-230 total.

your not gonna get that much with bolt ons because all they tend to do is unrestrict the flow of the engine you need power adders to get up there

eh its minimal, 7-10, but flowmaster 40's are also not going to free it up as much as you could with a magnaflow or a mac setup. yes they are louder, but most people think they sound like crap, myself included. From what I have read, MAC has the highest flow in its catagory, and it's also freakin loud as hell.

Your stock engine makes 190hp at the flywheel, so it's about 160-170 rwhp. Now you can get 230 hp out of it, but you need more than a few bolt-ons. You either have to do some real engine work, or supercharge your car. So unless you have say three grand laying around or more, I'd say learn to love what you have.

you might get 180rwhp if you are lucky with those mods. the splitports are usually about 160rwhp stock so 20rwhp will be a stretch with just the mods you list

probably closer to 175rwhp

For comparison's sake, I put down ~170rwhp with Aluminum D/S and True Duals.
