how about nitto's?

I am looking for 4 tires this year. All mine are shot. I am going to go with the Nitto DR's for the rear again. I have a question about the front ones though. I may have an opportunity to buy 2 Nittos for the front 225/55/16 with 5 thousand mile on them (supposedly) for 80 bux. Should I buy them or is this tire crappy?

I run 555's and have been very pleased with 'em (very dry climate, 245/45/17's). I need fresh front skins and will very likely be getting a couple more.

what do you mean 555's?
the front ones should be good for pony rims and DR's in rear?

555's are a street tire meant for the front, but could be used for the rear. I would use those for the front, while using the drag radials for the rear. 80 for two used ones is a good deal.
