How hard is it to replace ABS brakes?

Ive replaced many a fox brakes but need to change the pads and rotors on a 93 baretta. Anyone know how much different its gonne be fox brakes?

It is just as easy. Pop off the caliper and pull the pads out. The ABS sensor is mounted to the spindle.

cool....is that likewise for rotors too?

Yea the rotors will be held on with a little circle clip around one of the studs. Just pull it off with a pair of pliers and toss it, you dont need it. The rear has drums correct?

one thing i have never confirmed: i read that one should pop the bleeder to recess the piston in the caliper, rather than push the fluid back up to the M/C (something about fluid not goin backwards well past the sensors). i have no idea if this is true, but thought i would toss it out for someone to say yeah or nay to.

I never had a problem with that. I just cram the piston(s) back in and put in the new pads.

yeah back is drums....not gonna do those
thanks....for some reason i was thinking that you couldnt replace brakes with abs, but i think i was thinking of rear disc brakes? I dont exactly remember why though.
