How is this carb for my set up now?

I suggest a Wieand Stealth intake personally. The Airgaps are nice but the Stealths flow just as well, arguably better to some people, and they're cheaper to boot. As for a carb, i'd suggest a 650 double pumper, chokeless unless you plan on driving it in the cold.

there is a weiend stealth in the trader for just 100 bucks and that is good so you better go search for it and get it before somebody else does

That is what I am exchanging it for is a Speed Demon 650 double pumper with mechanical secondaries and no choke. I will not be driving in cool weather mostly because an AC Cobra has no wiper, heat or top. Hopefuly a fun summer toy!!

I already have the Victor jr. is this not a good intake. I have it at the machine shop now and it is being ported and matched to my trick flow heads and header.

31 extra cubes is not enough for a 750 when a 600 is slightly too big for a 302. if this was a 460 then the 750 is good, but not a small 302 based stroker.

750 is way too much for 331ci. Im running a demon 850 with twin squirters only because 385 series engine love more carb and i have 10.4 comp and 466ci. a 650 would be perfect for your combo, but nothing more or it will suck on the top end.
