Ok before I blow 4k on a KB I need to know what is the price on a motor swap. I see Mach1 motor for 5k and some used low mile motors for 2-3k. My motor has 110k miles on it but it is in good shap. I just had a leak down cheak done to it and it was in good shap. I have put 3k big ones in to it on SVO Head swap. So should I keep what I have and get a blower for it?? And then at the end of summer get a rebuild?? I baby my car when I drive I shift at 2,300 rpm most of the time. I never go over 3,500 rpm it's just the why I drive. I need help on this I'am not puff dady so I need to send my money the right way. Oh ya is it easyer to keep a centrigual blower out of boost the the KB ??? Because if I keep my 4.6 it need to hold out till the end of summer keep in mind I shift at 2,200 rpms most of the time.

If your goal is to have a built motor, then get one before the KB. You will have a TORQUE monster. On the other hand, if you are getting the built motor just because you are afraid that you may blow your stock motor after the KB install, I would say save the money for other stuff. The KB SC was designed for stock motors. That's the beauty of it. And by what you said about your driving habits, you will enjoy your SC and stcok motor combo for many years to come.

I don't have money for the rebuilt . I have money for a 6psi KB or a pro-charger that 3k. I would love the 9psi kit but i can't see me spending 5k on a blower. If I do that I could get a new motor or rebuiled my motor. I just need to make the right move and all the help i can get will help.

I would go with the KB and a really really good tune. If you were talking about a stock headed 2v motor then i would say go with the mach 1 motor. But, with the SVO heads, I think you'd do just fine with the KB.
Then, start saving for a rebuild.
If you treat the car right and with a good tune, you should get many happy miles out of your motor -even with over 100K on it.

Of course on the other hand, look at my power numbers. My only power mods are a C&L MAF and MAC H-pipe w/catback and a superchip to tune it. You can make BIG power with mach 1 motors. Just think what a ported intake and cams will get me.....
