Well I have a prochamber and have tried varuous MILS (splice and plug&play) and they all give out after awhile, just not worth it. Guess my only option now is a tune. This very reputable Mustang Shop said they could burn me a custom chip/tune the car for $325. Id rather not spend that much but i need that light off, how much of a HP increase would I see on an 02 GT with a prochamber, flows, and a K&N? Ever since the prochamber I have to warm it up in the morning otherwise it backfires, guessing the tune would take care of that. And if I got other mods later on (nothing big, just bolt ons) would I have to get a whole new chip, or would it work with the one i have?

First thing first, your car should not backfire with your mods. There is somekind of other problem at work.

Second, it is also unlikely that you "need" a custom tune with your mods. However, if your car has problems with it's current tune, a dyno tune with a custom chip should fix it.

If I were you, I would try something like an SCT Programmer. You will be able to turn the light off AND the car should run better....it might even fix the problems it is having without a dyno tune. Thing is the SCT is about $400, but it can be easily changed to accomodate future mods.

The tweecer is something I have no personal experience with, but the more I hear the better they sound.
