How much more hp will a c6 cost ?

I have a baby c6 I want to go through and build. How much slower will it be vs a c4 in the same car? What is the diff as far as parts in a reg c6?

A c-6 is much larger than a c-4 and is intended for big block applicatons...

harold at Dynamic transmission can hook you up with a nice C-4 that will out perform a C-6......its less weight, less rotation mass inside the tranny, and should be a little cheaper to build.

My 72 Mach 1 with 351-C 4V came with a C-6.These small block C-6 transmissions are rare.I think they only made them for 2 years,72-73.

A c4 uses roughly 25hp and a c6 will use around 60. You better be making some big hp and Tq #'s- otherwise its a waste of time.

SS93Cobra: FYI- a baby c6 is version that uses a small block bellhousing....they were made for 351's but I wouldn't be surprised if some 302 powered HD fords got 'em too. They are most definitely for small block applications.
