How much of a PITA are LCA's to install?

If you had access to a lift: On a scale of 1 to 9, 1 being the easiest, 10 the hardest, how would you rate an LCA install?

I've had a set of Pro3i LCA's sitting in my garage for some time now and figure I might as well.

I thought it was easy on jackstands.

getting the rear swaybar back on was kinda hard when we did the Steedas on an 03 GT, but other than that it was easy.

With a lift, you'll want a trans or screw jack to act as another set of hands, but other than that, it's a breeze!

Just did mine last weekend. Took my time and used hand tools. 2 hours, if that.

put some upr pro series on my buddies 98 cobra and the sway bar was the hardest part, for what it's worth have a decent size pry bar.

Yep, shouldn't be too hard. Rear sway bar is the tricky thing, but otherwise its a breeze.

They are a 2 or a 3 if you have air tools. A four at most without air tools.

They arent that bad. I was done in 2 hours using hand tools and jack stands.

what's so hard about the sway bar? 4 bolts, and you take it off, or am I just lucky?

I thought the swaybar was pretty easy too.

I had a little of an issue with my stock LCA's.. just get a hammer or something and beat those bastards out

Remove the quad shocks while you're in there

I couldn't even get the bolts out. there's a lot of lateral pressure on them for some reason. ill figure it out one day.

I've been reading that people are getting wheep hop with aftermarket lcas and removed quads.
