I'm going to do a 351W swap this winter but I'm on a budget, I have a low mileage engine which I figured I'd hold off on rebuilding since im low on cash. I was going to go with GT40 Heads which i planned on porting and milling at the machine shop which i work at, along with this i planned on going with either a ported gt40 intake or a trickflow intake, just trying to keep things on a low budget. But anyway, with those heads and intake, along with headers, offroad h pipe, and cat back which i already have about how much power might i expect. Also what would i need to get to push 400HP because that is my actual goal, I will spend a little more money if it becomes necessary.
How much power can i expect with this setup?

i guess if you got some good ports on the heads and intake and an agressive cam you might be able to put it in the 350-380 dept. that's my guess? my old set up of afr205's,trick flow stg1 cam , trickflow r intake ,with full exhaust, and 30lbs injectors put down 355rwhp and 395rwtq just to give you a ball park example.
